Founded by Andrew Green in 2022, Crooked Tree Consulting has experience working with Fortune 100 financial services firms, Global 500 consumer packaged goods, globally expanding climate-tech scale-ups, and startups just beginning their sustainability journey.

Andrew Green
Andrew Green is a fractional sustainability leader, ESG Advisor, founder and principal consultant for Crooked Tree Consulting. With a background spanning over 15 years in corporate sustainability leadership, built environment expertise, business operations, and impact, he brings a wealth of experience helping companies of all sizes navigate their sustainability journey.
As the long time leader of Capital One’s Environmental Sustainability Office, and as a Strategic Advisor to Stockholm-based climate-tech startup Doconomy, Andrew has years of experience building and leading corporate sustainability programs and climate-related product development.
Andrew is a graduate of Appalachian State University and is based in Richmond, VA where he lives with his wife, two energetic boys, and even more energetic husky/Shepherd puppy. He is a suburban farmer, bee keeper, and enjoys distance running and the amazing outdoor activities Virginia has to offer.
Andrew is also an avid bluegrass fan and would like to thank Molly Tuttle and Golden Highway for inspiring the name of his consulting business and suburban farm with their song Crooked Tree. Check it out here.
